YOUR FIRST BURN – This is very important and will determine how your candle burns.

When you light your candle for the very first time you must leave your candle burning continuously for between 2 and 3 hours or until the melt pool reaches the edges of the container.

Candles have a burn memory, so, if the melt pool didn’t reach the edge on the first burn it won’t on any further burns. Incorrect first burning may cause tunnelling to occur and will result in much shorter burn time.

Manufactured in Morpeth, Scotland, Best Kept Secrets Candles use a premium blend of the highest quality mineral and vegetable waxes to achieve excellent burning properties, superb fragrance retention and unrivalled hot and cold fragrance throw. The wax used is of a ‘food grade’ quality (please don’t eat it!), and does not contain any animal products.
